Brush & Shape: Brush the spoolie upward through your eyebrow hairs to coat them, then shape and press brows flat into your desired arch.
Fill & Set: Allow the soap to dry for 30 seconds. Fill in any sparse areas using a fine eyebrow pencil or powder if needed.
