Make sure your eyelids are clean, dry and free from excess oil.
Pick up a small amount of gel eyeliner using the included liner brush.
Start applying the product from the inner corner of the eye.
Glide the brush along the lash line to create your desired eyeliner shape.
For a smoky look, gently blend the gel before it fully sets.
Close your eyes for approximately 30 seconds after application to allow the formula to settle.
Build the pigment when additional intensity or coverage is desired.
