Start with clean, completely dry brows.
Use the dual-ended applicator to brush your brow hairs into the desired position.
Apply a small amount of Brow Lift & Freeze Glue while brushing the hairs back and forth for even coverage.
Allow the gel texture to become tacky.
Use the comb end to sculpt and define the brow shape.
Gently press the hairs upward and outward using the brush end.
Allow the product to set to lock your laminated brow look in place.
