Pick up a small amount of gel or liquid eyeliner with the brush.
Hold the brush like a pen for comfortable and precise control.
Position the precision tip close to the upper lashes at the outer corner of the eye.
Draw a line following the upper lash line as closely as possible toward the inner corner.
Use the angled precision tip to extend the outer line and create a defined wing.
Adjust the thickness gradually until you achieve your preferred eyeliner look.
If desired, apply liner along the lower lash line from the outer corner toward the inner corner.
